Free technical support is available for every registered customer and includes following:

  • Software update under major version (like 2.x, 3.x etc),
  • Troubleshooting in case of full system failure.

Paid technical support

Extended technical support includes following additional options:

  • Advices on system functionality by phone or email
  • Higher request priority
  • Help in Billion Softswitch configuration
  • Configuration analysis using remote access
  • Help with devices and partners connection
  • Compatibility problems elimination (Best Effort Service)
  • Log files analysis

The price of paid technical support is 20% of the license price per year.

Installation and initial configuration of Billion PBX

We can install Billion PBX remotely on customer's computer and perform initial configuration according to customer's needs. To complete this we will need to have the following information:

  • Ip-address, login, password and protocol for remote access to customer's computer,
  • Technical description of system requirements that should be entered into Billion PBX configuration.
